Just unzip the files into your Daz\Studio directory and they should unpack precisely where they need to be, ready to use upon the next content search. The D|S mat pose files are configured to the optimum shader settings for use in Daz 3D Studio 2.3. The Poser Pro files, of course, will require some minor materials room tinkering.
You may use these files in any free endeavor, but you may not sell them. Yes, you can use them in renders for for-profit contests and anything else covered by the original mesh licensing.
